Owner/Administrator
Molli Harrington, RN, LNHA
Our Administrator is trained and licensed to ensure the safety and care of the individuals here at Crescent Health Care. She also oversees the budget and the day-to-day operations of our nursing home staff. Our Administrator is required to understand local, state and federal nursing home regulations in order to ensure that the facility is in compliance with these laws.
Assistant Administrator/Corporate Comptroller
Stephanie Woodcock, BAHCA
Our Assistant Administrator/ Corporate Comptroller has a BA in Health Care Administration and controls all aspects of our company’s financial recordings, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting and budget forecasting, employment taxes, corporate taxes, Medicaid cost report and Medicare cost report. Stephanie is onsite to assist residents and their families with navigating through the paperwork of these complicated agencies, such as Medicare and Medicaid, so that they may receive the benefits to which they are entitled.
Director of Nursing
Heather Miller, RN
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the direct supervision of the nursing staff. The Nursing staff consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants-Certified.
Activities Director
Debbie Scott
The Activities Director is responsible for providing treatment services to seniors mainly through the use of recreational pursuits. These activities may involve crafts, games, such as Bingo, sports and other types of activities.
Medical Records

April Amundson, RHIT
The Medical Records Director organizes and manages all health information data. They are responsible for maintaining and accurately accounting for all medical records information on each individual resident. Every time a patient or resident receives health care, a record is maintained of the observations, medical interventions and treatment outcomes.
Social Service Director

Our Social Services team provides many services to both residents and family members. Some of these services include assistance with the admission process as well as discharge planning.
Certified Dietary Manager
Ethel Cook
The Dietary Manager, with the assistance of our consultant Registered Dietician, assesses nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans.
Environmental Services Supervisor
Pam Hiott
Our Environmental Services Supervisor oversees the housekeeping and laundry services staff to ensure efficient operations of those departments. The Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining established departmental policies and procedures.
Maintenance Supervisor
Scott Pool
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and overseeing the work of his staff members. The maintenance staff is tasked with the upkeep of our buildings and grounds to help ensure a safe and efficient operation of the facility.
